Mason Tender / Concrete Laborer

Pay: $20–$25/hr (experience-based)
Housing: Optional low‑cost shared employee housing available for $125/week
Position Summary
Bullseye Jobs INC is seeking physically capable, experienced construction laborers to support masonry and concrete crews on commercial job sites. This role requires individuals who can perform demanding physical work, follow direction, and operate safely in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience (masonry, concrete, or similar)
- Verifiable work history or references
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to communicate in basic English for safety and coordination
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full work weeks consistently
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry 80 lbs repeatedly
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Perform physically demanding labor for 8–10+ hours per day
Mason Tender Responsibilities
- Transport brick, block, mortar, and materials to masons
- Mix mortar and grout to required specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with scaffolding setup and teardown
- Support masons to maintain production pace
Concrete Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Place and tie rebar
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Assist with site prep, grading, and cleanup
- Support finishing crew as needed
Performance Expectations
- Maintain consistent productivity and work pace
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Take direction from foremen and crew leaders
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain professional conduct on jobsite and in company‑provided housing
Disqualifiers
- Lack of construction experience
- Inability to meet physical demands
- Inability to communicate basic safety instructions in English
- Poor attendance or reliability
- Failure to follow jobsite rules or safety procedures
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with all jobsite safety standards
- Must maintain acceptable conduct in shared housing (if provided)
- Must be willing to be reassigned or replaced if performance standards are not met

- Must complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely
Conduct:
- Must follow all worksite rules and regulations
- Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination
