JOB DESCRIPTION: DRIVER/ TRANSPORTATION AND HOUSING COORDINATOR
JOB TITLE: DRIVER/ Transportation and Housing Coordinator
PURPOSE: Provide reliable transportation and secured housing to BullsEye's employees at a BullsEye's work site
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience. Computer skills. Ability to work varied hours day and night. Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English language. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). Valid driver’s license. Good driving record that is acceptable by car rental companies.
Must pass criminal background check. Must pass drug test.
CHARACTERISTICS: Good interpersonal skills, good judgement, problem-solving skills, empathy, honesty, trusted with confidential information, positive outlook, ability to follow directions, ability to confront employees in a positive manner when having to re-direct them or remind them about rules.
REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning and organizing transportation schedules.
2. Drive employees to and from work. Pick-up new employees at the airport or bus station.
Perform other driving duties as needed.
3. Coordinating with other drivers and supervisors.
4. Monitoring and optimizing transportation costs, submitting expense reports.
5. Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
6. Resolving issues and discrepancies in transportation processes.
7. Monitor the employee housing. Conduct housing inspections. Ensure that employees follow housing rules.
8. Maintain friendly, professional relationships with BullsEye employees. Promote good employee morale.
Answer employee questions or refer them to the supervisor or proper manager.
9. Maintain positive working relationships with managers at the customer location, as representing BullsEye Jobs.
10. Communicate with BullsEye management regarding any challenges related to
employees/tenants and the customer.
11. Recruit, interview and offer jobs to candidates, as time permits and as needed.
12. Complete other duties as assigned by BEJ supervisor and /or management team
